6. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes arising from or related to this program shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hennepin County, Minnesota.

By accessing, using, or attempting to redeem any Offer distributed by Home & Local, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
